How the OHRP Referral Program Works
Step 1: Submit Your Referrals Information
To begin the referral process, all you need to do is submit your name, email and phone number, as well as the name, email and phone number of the person you would like to refer. We take it from there!
Step 2: We Contact Your Referral By Phone & Email
An OHRP representative will send your referral an email to organize a phone consultation with them and explain the program in detail. At this point they will also book a time to view the property and establish next steps.
Step 3: We Visit Your Referrals Home
We will come take a quick tour of your referrals property and assess the home’s value. Our skilled home evaluators will be quick, efficient and abide by COVID-19 guidelines when visiting the house.
Step 4: We Provide Your Referral With An Offer For Their Home
Within 24hours of the home assessment, we will send an official offer to your referral. Now all they need to do is choose a closing date and sign the paperwork to secure your purchase price of the property.
Step 5: You Receive $500 For Your Referral
If your referral decides to sell their home to OHRP, we will send you $500 for helping us and your friend/family member out. We believe that all good deeds should be rewarded and this is no exception.
